Domestic Shipping and Estimates
Our processing time for shipping orders have changed from 2-3 business days, to now shipping on Mondays and Wednesdays. Any orders placed after 4PM EST Wednesdays will ship the following Monday or Wednesday.There is still no shipping on Weekends and holidays. Any orders placed during Weekends or Holidays will ship on the following Monday or Wednesday. This is due to change of staff schedules. You will still receive a notification that your order was received by our team. You will, also, receive a notification when your ships along with a tracking number.

Shipping Charges of Frozen / Perishable Items
All frozen/perishable items are shipped in either an insulated pouch with dry ice and then packed in a standard shipping box, or in an insulated box with dry ice, or in an insulated bag with dry ice packed in a standard shipping box, or in an insulated pouch with dry ice packed in an insulated box. The size of the order or item will determine which packing method will be used to ship orders. There is no longer a $7.00 handling fee. To ensure that frozen items ship without delay on the same week it was ordered, orders must now be received by our system on Monday-Wednesday no later than 1PM EST. Any orders received after that time will ship the following week. This is to prevent any orders from sitting in a carrier’s warehouse waiting for delivery.

You can skip the shipping or delivery fees with free local pickup at our Bergenfield location, Ramz Oriental. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 hours. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Our in-store pickup hours are between 11am and 5pm Monday through Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
We are now working with Doordash for local delivery. To place an order, please search for us in your Doordash app. We will have a link here soon to our Doordash page.
We are only shipping within the United States at this time.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We now ship to P.O boxes via Post Office only.
All sales are final. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds policy.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate email us.
