Domestic Shipping and Estimates

Orders for shipping are processed within 1-2 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

 Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We use current carrier rates. Due to the recent height of overall costs, free shipping is now on orders over $65.00 from $50.00.  

 

In-store pickup                                                                                                           

You can skip the shipping or delivery fees with free local pickup at our Bergenfield location, Ramz Oriental. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within two hours. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.  Our in-store pickup hours are between 11am and 5pm Monday through Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

 

 Delivery                                                                                         

We are currently working on our delivery system. Once, we are ready to resume this service, we will make an announcement.                          

 

 International Shipping

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we are not shipping internationally at this time.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.  If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customerhelp@ramzonline.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes. Refunds, returns, and exchanges

 

 

Due to Covid-19, all sales are final at this time. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds policy. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customerhelp@ramzonline.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
